This Limited Warranty applies to items that arrive defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) and delivery damage claims
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

What we may do to resolve a verified issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, a return for refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation and item availability. For confirmed quality issues, incorrect shipments, or damage, return shipping is covered by the seller or handled case-by-case.

What this warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents after delivery, or issues reported outside the 48-hour claim window.
