Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.

Orders $150 or more ship free. Orders below $150 have a flat $15 shipping fee.

Processing time is 1–3 business days. After shipment, transit time is typically 3–5 business days.

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment: You may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on order status.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

What is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes. Final Sale items and custom/personalized items are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?
Non-defective returns: buyer pays return shipping.
Quality issues, incorrect shipments, or damage: seller covers return shipping or handles case-by-case.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No, there are no restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?
